[Regarding reservation cancellation/change deadlines]

Private reservation/1 month in advance

20 people or more / up to 3 weeks in advance

Less than 20 people, 15 people or more / up to 2 weeks in advance

Less than 15 people, 10 people or more, or private room use / 1 week in advance

5 to 10 people / 3 days in advance

4 people or less / by 10pm the day before

[Reservation cancellation fee]

If you choose a course meal, a meal fee will be charged.

If you choose only a seat and all-you-can-drink option, the charge will be 3,000 yen per person.

[About using private rooms]

If you change the number of guests to four or less and plan to use a private room, we may not be able to accommodate you in the private room.Thank you for your understanding in advance.

[Regarding requests in the notes section when making a reservation]

If there are requests in the "Notes" field that differ from the selected reservation details (time, course, seating), even if you make an immediate reservation, it will be treated as a tentative reservation and will be confirmed as soon as we contact you. Thank you for your understanding.

[To customers who have noted in the notes that the reservation details are different from those specified when booking online]

If you wish to make a reservation with course contents or seating options that are different from those specified when making an online reservation, we will accept your request as such; however, this is because we are currently unable to accept your reservation online due to reasons such as other customers already making reservations on a first-come, first-served basis, the date not being available, the time slot, or the minimum or maximum number of guests not being reached.If there are cancellations from customers who have already made reservations, we will give priority to those customers, but if not, we will accommodate you with the course and seating you specified in your online reservation.Please acknowledge it beforehand.
